Our Policy

1. Damages

Customers are responsible for any damages to the dumpster while it is in their possession. This includes, but is not limited to, bent doors, punctures, or structural damage. Lost or damaged door pins will incur a replacement fee. Please handle the equipment with care to avoid unnecessary charges.

 

2. Prohibited Items

Any prohibited items placed in the dumpster will result in a fine or, if necessary, the item(s) will be removed and returned to your property. A list of prohibited items is provided at the time of rental—please read it carefully and reach out if you have any questions.

 

3. Blocking the Dumpster

Access to the dumpster must be clear at the time of pickup. If a vehicle, debris, or other obstruction blocks our ability to retrieve the dumpster, we will make one attempt to contact you via a knock at the door and/or a phone call. If no one is available and the dumpster remains blocked, we will return the following day, and a $100 dry run fee will be charged.

 

4. Overweight Fee

All dumpster rentals include a weight limit based on the size of the dumpster. It is critical that debris does not exceed the top rim of the dumpster to allow for safe and legal transport. If the load exceeds the included weight allowance, a fee of $100 per ton over the limit will be applied.

 

5. Cancellation Policy:

  • Customers may cancel their dumpster rental at no charge if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled drop-off date.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled drop-off date will incur a non-refundable cancellation fee of $100. This fee covers administrative and scheduling costs incurred by our team.

6. Refund Policy:

  • If the dumpster is delivered to the customer’s location but is not used, the customer may request a refund. In such cases, the full rental price will be charged, minus a $65.23 discount. This discount reflects the fact that no disposal or dumping services were required.

  • If the dumpster has been used in any capacity—regardless of the volume or type of material placed inside—no refund will be issued.

Important Notes:

  • "Used" is defined as any quantity of trash, debris, or other materials placed inside the dumpster.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date the refund request is approved.

  • These policies are in place to help us manage logistics and provide fair and consistent service to all of our customers.
