Weight Limits:
Any weight exceeding the limit will incur a charge of $100 per ton over the allowed tonnage. -
Fill Level:
Do not fill the dumpster above the rim. This ensures safe transportation and compliance with hauling regulations. -
Rental Period:
Additional days past a 7 day rental period will be charged at $10 per day. -
Damages:
Any damages to the dumpster may result in repair fees or replacement fees. -
Pickup Access:
Ensure the dumpster is not blocked on the scheduled pickup day. If blocked, we will make one attempt to call or knock. If there is no response or access is still blocked, a $100 dry run fee will be applied. -
Prohibited Items:
Please refer to the Forbidden Items List below. Any prohibited items found in the dumpster will either be returned to the property or result in a fine.
